Start with your company data.

Upload your equipment and repair exports, plus any supporting company records. Include equipment without repairs so we can understand your whole book.

Equipment and repair files: UTF-8 CSV, up to 50,000 rows each. Supporting files: CSV, XLSX or PDF. Up to 10 MB per file and 30 MB total. Avoid unnecessary customer names, addresses or payment details.

Files are saved privately as you add them. Unverified uploads expire after 7 days; verified assessments are retained for 12 months from the first upload. Privacy policy.

Your installed equipment base.

Repair dates, equipment references and amounts, if available.

Add up to eight exports or documents, such as service history, warranty terms or cost schedules. These are saved for follow-up; the automated report assesses the equipment and repair CSVs.

    About the report

What you send. What you get back.

The readiness report reads your exports and tells you whether your history can support pricing your plans, and what to fix first if it can’t yet.

    You upload

Two exports and a little context.

    • Your installed equipmentA stable ID, the equipment type and the install date where you have it. Include equipment that never needed a repair.
    • Your repair historyRepair dates, which equipment each repair was on, and the amounts. Optional, and worth including.
    • What the records meanThe period they cover, whether any repairs are missing, and whether amounts are your costs or customer charges.

UTF-8 CSV, up to 10 MB and 50,000 rows per file. Leave out customer names and addresses; the report doesn’t need them.

    You get

A private report on your book.

    • What was usableAccepted rows, rows that need correcting, and the reason for each, with examples.
    • Your equipment mixThe systems in your book and how many of each.
    • The gaps that matterMissing dates, unlinked repairs, unclear costs, and what each one limits.
    • Your next stepsSpecific fixes, plus what the report does not establish. Reassess as often as you like; every revision is saved.

The free report does not give you a warranty price. It checks whether your history can support one.
