We’re an AI-native warranty company. We price your plans on your actual costs, and you set the margin.
Extended labor plans for HVAC contractors, sold by you, to your customers. AI is built to do the routine work, so each plan costs less to run.
Built to pay what your repairs cost.
Today’s plans pay fixed hours from the provider’s schedule. You eat the rest of the job.
A Cosmolabe plan is built to pay the hours the repair actually takes, not a schedule’s hours. The repair job is the claim. There’s nothing to re-key, and it’s built to be paid in days at your documented cost or the cap you chose.
You choose what the plan pays.
When you join the pilot, we’ll show you the price, the gap you’d cover and the all-in cost of each option.
It’s priced on your own work.

- what the homeowner pays
Your price comes from your installs, not someone else’s rate table.
We price your plans from what you install, how often it fails and what repairs cost you, and they refit as your book grows. Careful installers pay less. While your history builds up, a pooled, de-identified book will fill in once more contractors join.

It’s yours.
- Your customers
- You sell the plan to your customers, on your installs, the way you do today. Nothing changes at the kitchen table.
- Your price
- You set the retail price and your margin.
- Your results
- You can share in your book’s results.
- Your data
- You keep all rights to it. It stays separate from every other company’s and is never sold; pooled pricing uses only de-identified, aggregated figures.

Run by AI. Checked by people. That’s where your margin comes from.
Most of what it costs to run a plan is people moving information between systems. Every step of a Cosmolabe plan is designed so your field software or AI assistant can do it directly, and AI is built to do the routine work.
- You stop eating warranty labor.Claims are built to pay what the job takes, not a schedule’s hours.
- Less goes to running the plan.AI is built to handle the paperwork, and a person reviews every denial.
- What’s left can come back to you.If you opt in, a yearly share of your book’s profit comes back to you.

- “The Garcias on Elm called and their AC is down. Are they covered? Open the claim.”
- “Which plans renew this month?”
Cosmolabe is built to answer from the job record and do the work. Connectors for Claude and ChatGPT are in the works. A person still reviews every denial; no model denies a claim on its own.
Plainly stated.
- Who pays claims
- A warranty provider, not just software. Cosmolabe’s program company will stand behind every plan as the obligor, meaning the company legally responsible for paying its claims, with insurance behind claims wherever states require it.
- When
- Launching in 2027. Starting in Delaware and Pennsylvania. Today the pricing engine and the readiness report are live.
- What it is
- Not insurance. Service contracts are regulated state by state. We register wherever that’s required before we sell.
- Who checks
- People make the calls that matter. A credentialed actuary will review pricing before we sell, and a person reviews every denial.
Built in Newark. Looking for a few pilot shops.
Cosmolabe’s pricing engine was built and tested on a working HVAC contractor’s equipment and repair history, not a spreadsheet of assumptions. We’re based in Newark, Delaware, and launching in 2027.
